Step 2: Create a My Show Planner Account

When accessing the App or online networking for the first time, select the option to “Create Your My Show Account.” You will not be able log in or access all the app features until after you’ve created a My Show Planner Account for this event.

The credentials you create in this step can also be used to log on to the .

  • View the agenda & build your schedule
  • Provide feedback on individual sessions
  • View the exhibit hall map & exhibitor list
  • View the shuttle schedule
  • Message other App users
    • NOTE: All App users are automatically opted in to be messaged by other app users. If you’d like to hide your profile, set your app networking profile settings to “No” for “Allow attendees to send me messages via chat.”
  • Take notes on sessions and exhibitors
  • Browse the posters
  • Learn more about ACP
