EmpowHER at ACP Events
EmpowHER brings together women from across the industry for a series of events designed to foster connection, collaboration, and leadership development. EmpowHER programming includes networking receptions, community gatherings, and dedicated events.
These gatherings include:
- The EmpowHER Conference
- EmpowHER Luncheon at CLEANPOWER
- A signature event designed to celebrate and elevate women leaders in clean energy through dynamic speakers, candid conversations, and meaningful networking opportunities.
- EmpowHER Networking Events
- Informal spaces where women across the industry can connect, share experiences, and build lasting professional relationships.
- Community Programming and Service Projects
- Opportunities for attendees to strengthen industry connections while contributing positively to the host communities of ACP events.
EmpowHER 2026 Conference
After successful EmpowHER programming at CLEANPOWER and receptions at other ACP events, ACP expanded the initiative into a full three-day conference in 2025. The inaugural EmpowHER Conference brought together 200 women leaders in clean energy for candid conversations, powerful sessions, and genuine connection — proving EmpowHER is more than a moment; it’s a movement.
In 2026, EmpowHER returns to Charlotte from August 5-7 with even more space to learn, lead, and lift each other up.
EmpowHER brings together women from across the clean energy industry—from emerging leaders to senior executives—to connect, share experiences, and support one another in shaping the future of the sector.
Through networking events, leadership conversations, and community programming throughout the week, EmpowHER creates space for women across clean power to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and grow professionally within a rapidly evolving industry.
