Private ACP Tour: Guided Nature Walk @ Hyatt

Offering two tour times: Monday, March 27 at 2pm and 4pm (FULL)
Walk duration 1 hour | Level of difficulty: Easy
Cost: FREE | Meet in Hyatt Regency lobby 10 minutes prior to tour time.

The recreation department will guide you through the Bosque of Tamaya as they explain the flora and fauna that is indigenous to New Mexico. They will also talk about the restoration that is taking place.  Each participant will receive a bottle of water and a nature brochure. The 4pm tour is full, but some spaces still remain for the 2pm tour. Please RSVP by 12pm MT on Monday, March 27.

Private ACP Tour: Petroglyph National Monument

Transportation provided – Bus pick-up time: 1:15pm

Petroglyph National Monument protects one of the largest petroglyph sites in North America, featuring designs and symbols carved onto volcanic rocks by Native Americans and Spanish settlers 400 to 700 years ago. These images are a valuable record of cultural expression and hold profound spiritual significance for contemporary Native Americans and for the descendants of the early Spanish settlers.

We will begin the tour with a 20 minute video followed by optional shopping in the Visitor’s Center and then reboard the bus for a short drive up to Boca Negra Canyon for a guided 30-minute walk. The bus will return to the Hyatt by 5pm. For additional information about the site, click here.

THE STABLES AT TAMAYA

Explore the wonder of horses and take in breathtaking views of the New Mexico desert at the Stables at Tamaya. Group trail rides are $90/person and depart twice a day, depending on weather.  Book your trail ride here. Siting attendees will receive a 10% Discount on Golf at Twin Warriors Golf Club.

Twin Warriors Golf Club is eighteen holes of high desert, championship golf routed in and around 20 ancient cultural sites of previous habitation and activity. The course has beautiful grassy knolls and ridges dotted with Juniper and Pinon Pine. Wonderful dry washes known as arroyos and eroded land features, along with the sacred butte known as Tuyuna or “Snakehead” complete a picture framed by spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains.
