Reserve a Group Block
Reserve a block of 10 or more rooms through the Group Block Request Form online.
Please note: Group sub-blocks can only be applied to a certain number of rooms within each hotel so it is possible that a hotel may no longer be available for group sub-blocks but could still accept individual reservations, which would be subject to the normal cancellation policies. If your preferred hotel is not shown in the drop-down list, it is not available for group blocks but may still be available as individual reservations based on availability. ACP discounted hotel rates in the hotel block will only be extended to registered attendees. Group blocks will be cross referenced with the conference attendee list.
Cancellation Policy: When booking your hotel accommodations, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax by the hotel. Hotels may charge one night’s room and tax prior to arrival date.
