Yoga on the Lawn
Who: Open to all conference attendees! All abilities welcome.
When: 6:30AM on Friday, August 8
Where: Event Lawn, Lower Level, Outside of Atrium
Kick off Friday morning with a meaningful Yoga exercise. Engage your mind and body by joining us for a morning wellness experience that includes breathing exercises and mindful meditation. For the first half you’ll engage in guided yoga, then we’ll end with breathing and meditation. Yoga T-shirts will be provided for participants who register by July 23.
