After successful EmpowHER programming at CLEANPOWER and receptions at other ACP events, ACP expanded the initiative into a full three-day conference in 2025. The inaugural EmpowHER Conference brought together 200 women leaders in clean energy for candid conversations, powerful sessions, and genuine connection — proving EmpowHER is more than a moment; it’s a movement.
In 2026, EmpowHER returns to Charlotte with even more space to learn, lead, and lift each other up.
EmpowHER ensures women are provided the opportunities, network, and substantive resources to grow their clean energy careers.
