ACP’s EmpowHER Forum, held at the CLEANPOWER 2024 Conference & Exhibition, will focus on empowering women and non-binary leaders through tailored programming, networking opportunities, and discussions. Led by industry pioneers, the ACP EmpowHER Forum aims to drive meaningful change and foster the next generation of female leaders in the clean power sector.

EmpowHER Impact

ACP’s EmpowHER Forum was open to all CLEANPOWER conference attendees.

Thanks to attendees’ participation, we will donate $18,825 to the 2025 WRISE Fellows Program to help support the next generation of women leaders in energy.

Monday, May 6

Pre-CLEANPOWER Programming

2:30 – 4:00 PM | Hilton

On Monday afternoon from 2:30 to 4:00 PM, attendees joined us at the Hilton attached to the Minneapolis Convention Center for an in-depth education program where women leaders from across the industry will share their professional journeys and discuss topics like navigating corporate culture, bias in the workplace, mentorship and leadership skills.

Networking Leadership Lunch

12:00 – 1:30 PM | Hilton

Attendees were invited to an ACP Networking luncheon co-hosted with WRISE. Designed to build an ecosystem of engaged, connected, and empowered women in clean energy, this event featured an inspirational keynote address and a unique opportunity for attendees to grow their professional network.
