TV ad informs public on dangers of Ohio legislation

The campaign to back Ohio's Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard continues this week with the release of the below TV ad meant to raise public awareness of SB 310, a bill that would significantly hurt the state's ability to grow wind power and other renewables in the state. It is currently in pending status in the Ohio House of Representatives.

You may remember our post highlighting several recent editorials supporting wind power and the Ohio state law encouraging its growth. Favorable support for wind power and the state's AEPS in the press continues, including the Cleveland Plain Dealer May 16 editorial which concludes "[a]nd if the House does pass this travesty along to the governor, Kasich must veto it."
