Ann McCain

Sr. Director of Advocacy

Ann McCain is Senior Director of Advocacy for the American Clean Power Association. She leads ACP’s public affairs program focused on building state-based coalitions and engaging grasstop advocates in support of clean energy at the local, state, and federal level. She also oversees ACP’s national grassroots advocacy network, Clean Power for America.

Ann joined ACP after more than a decade with one of the nation’s largest independent public affairs firms. She brings relationships with a nationwide network of public affairs operatives and expertise leading field campaigns to influence decision makers at all levels of government. She began her career on Capitol Hill working for members of Congress from New Hampshire and Wisconsin and served on a presidential campaign during the New Hampshire primary.

Ann graduated with a B.A. in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She lives in Washington, D.C.
