Amy Farrell

Sr. Vice President, Government & Public Affairs

Amy Farrell is the Senior Vice President for Government and Public Affairs at American Clean Power.  She guides policy and strategy development and leads the execution of integrated advocacy campaigns designed to shape energy policy at the national, regional, and state level to increase clean energy deployment and demand.

Ms. Farrell joined ACP with years of energy industry experience at the American Wind Energy Association, the American Petroleum Institute, America’s Natural Gas Alliance, and ExxonMobil. Prior to joining the private sector, she spent nearly a decade in public service, working at the Office of Management and Budget and serving in the George W. Bush Administration at the Environmental Protection Agency, the White House Council on Environmental Quality and as a Special Assistant to the President in the White House National Economic Council.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology and a Master’s degree in public policy.
